Payment Methods

For your convenience, Extraordinary offers a variety of payment methods.

Direct Debit

Please email accounts@extramsp.com to request a personalised email invite to sign-up online to Direct Debit.

Alternatively, download our Direct Debit form, complete it, sign it and return it by post to the Edinburgh address shown on the form.

The paper form is required if you have two or more signatories on the account or where hosting fees are more than £1,000 per month.

Once the Direct Debit has been set-up, you will receive a confirmation email and letter in the post.

Credit Cards / Debit Cards

Please email accounts@extramsp.com who will email you a customised secure link to allow you to update your card details.

If a recurring payment by card fails then you will receive a notification email, this includes a custom secure link allowing you to update your card details.

Bank Payments

Please email accounts@extramsp.com for our banking details, including BACS and International wire transfer details.

Paypal

Make paypal payments to paypal@xtrahost.co.uk quoting your customer number as reference.

To create or amend a paypal subscription please email accounts@extramsp.com and we can provide a custom link allowing you to signup to a paypal subscription.
