Extraordinary - Same Attitude, New Branding
Posted by Andrew Ogilvie in Extraordinary NewsXtraordinary Networks Limited, perhaps better known to many of you as Xtraordinary Hosting or as Xtrahost, is changing its name to Extraordinary Managed Services Ltd and launching a new brand and a new website.
As part of our re-branding, we've added the "E" back on Extraordinary but retained the brand name because we feel it still conveys our attitude and aspirations for delivering exceptional service now as much as it did when I founded the company back in 2001.
In recent years we have seen an increasing demand for building and managing complex hosting requirements including private clouds for our Software as a Service (SaaS), mid-size SMEs and corporate clients. We intend to grow this as the core of our business, but also build and manage cloud environments and customer applications on customer premises, third party data centres or in hybrid-cloud arrangements working with public clouds like Microsoft Azure.
Many SaaS businesses find the 24/7 aspect of service delivery challenging and by outsourcing the monitoring and managing of applications and databases to us, they are able to focus their resources on running their core business. We get to know their applications as we work as part of their team as a trusted partner.
We will continue to provide our full range of virtual and dedicated servers, complex hosting and related services running both Linux and Windows servers.
We remain committed to hiring great people to build a highly skilled technical team that is both responsive and resourceful.
