Our Cloud Connect BaaS service, powered by Veeam, allows you to backup your servers, workstations and laptops directly to a secure data repository in our datacentres. 

Data location

The service is provided from our UK datacentres in Edinburgh and London.

Storage platform

All data is stored on distributed storage systems that are hosted in our own racks and run on our own hardware.

Our datacentres are connected to tier-1 network providers and LINX (London Internet Exchange). This high level of connectivity allows for high uptime and low latency access to our Cloud Connect repositories.

Data restores and self-management

Self-management is provided through our Veeam Service Provider Console integration. With the Veeam Service Provider Console our customers can manage their backup jobs. Our customers can also restore files without needing physical access to remote endpoints.

Security

All data is securely transferred using SSL and encrypted when stored on our storage system.

Contract terms and licencing

Our Cloud Connect BaaS service is available on fixed or flexible contracts.  Fixed contracts are based on a specific amount of endpoints backed up while flexible contracts allow for variations in the number of endpoints backed up each month. We include the necessary Veeam licences on either fixed or flexible contracts.
